Dr. Michele Kane Selected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing

The American Academy of Nursing (Academy) has selected Michele Kane, PhD, MSN, Director of the BSN program and assistant professor of nursing at Georgetown’s School of Nursing, as a 2022 Fellow. Induction into the Academy is a significant milestone in a nurse leader’s career in which their accomplishments are honored by their colleagues within and outside the profession. Fellows are selected based on their contributions and impact to advance the public’s health.

School of Nursing Scholarships Support CNL Students with Academic Focus on Caring for District’s Aging Community

Georgetown University School of Nursing today announces a $300,000 gift from The Washington Home, a charitable foundation, to provide pivotal scholarship support of $25,000 in tuition assistance for 12 graduate nursing students for the 2022-2023 academic year.
