Tiffany Johnson

Dr. Tiffany Johnson is an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing with extensive experience in nursing education and practice. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Carlow University, a Master of Science in Nursing (Education concentration) from Waynesburg University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University.

Dr. Johnson is dedicated to enhancing diversity and cultural competence in nursing. She was awarded a grant from the National Student Nurses Association to support initiatives aimed at improving diversity in the nursing field. Her research focuses on healthcare access for underserved communities and advancing culturally competent care.

An active member of the National Black Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau, Dr. Johnson is passionate about fostering inclusive environments in both nursing education and practice. She encourages students to develop cultural awareness and empathy, preparing them to deliver high-quality care to diverse populations.
