Jeremy Sabatino, MS, RN, is an Instructor at the Georgetown University School of Nursing (GUSON).
Mr. Sabatino joined the School of Nursing in 2024. He completed his Masters in Nursing Education at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Mr. Sabatino earned his BSN at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kean University.
Mr. Sabatino has over two decades of nursing experience in Level 1 Neuro Trauma, Critical Care, Cardiac Sub Specialties (Heart Transplant, CCU, CTICU, telemetry, Cardiac Testing), and Rehabilitative Medicine. His nursing leadership includes Critical Care/CTICU, Pain Management, Wound Care/Hyperbaric, Infusion Services and Cardio-Pulmonary Rehabilitation. Mr. Sabatino was instrumental in orchestrating and collaborating all Cardiac Nursing Education for the Gagnon Heart Hospital and Atlantic Health System in New Jersey.
In addition, Mr. Sabatino has an array of educational teaching experience encompassing didactic, clinical rotations, and simulation lab for technical programs, online universities, associate degrees, and baccalaureate institutions. He was also responsible for the formation and execution of the Cath Lab Grand Rounds at Morristown Memorial Hospital in New Jersey and the construction of a Cardiac focused nursing education series for the Atlantic Health System.
Mr. Sabatino utilizes his vast experience in the practice setting to enrich learning for students. His teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of communication and inclusion of all with the goal of cultivating accountable, skilled, compassionate, and hard working nurses.
