Johnson is a student in the dual Nurse-Midwifery/Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program (NM/WHNP).

“As a 2025 NPWH Student Ambassador, I am honored to represent the next generation of nurse leaders and look forward to promoting reproductive justice in every setting I serve,” Johnson said.

She has worked in both inpatient (labor and delivery, neonatal ICU, and pediatrics) and outpatient (OB/GYN) settings, providing care across the reproductive life span.

“These diverse experiences have ignited my passion for advancing reproductive health and birth equity. I chose this path to help ensure that all women, especially those in underserved communities, receive compassionate, culturally responsive care,” she said.

Mojica is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) student in the BSN to DNP program at Georgetown.

“I am honored to join a profession committed to advancing the well-being and dignity of all women,” Mojica said. “I chose women’s health because I am passionate about supporting women of all ages with compassionate, accessible and equitable care.”

Mojica says her interests include improving access to care for minority women, menopause management and reproductive health.

“I believe in meeting patients where they are, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health, and advocating for systemic change to promote health equity,” she said.

This fall, both Mojica and Johnson will attend the 2025 NPWH Women’s Healthcare Conference in Las Vegas.
