Christina X. Marea Selected as Center for Social Justice Fellow

Christina X. Marea, PhD, MA, FACNM

(October 27, 2023) — Christina X. Marea, PhD, MA, FACNM, an assistant professor of nursing, was selected by the Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching, and Service as one of seven faculty fellows for 2023-2025. This cohort of Georgetown faculty scholars work collaboratively across the campus to advance the reach of the faculty’s work centered on community engaged scholarship and learning. This two year program is designed as a learning community with an ultimate goal of mobilizing the power of knowledge for the common good. Over monthly meetings and through individual research projects, they will share their research and incubate innovative approaches to engaged scholarship.
