Georgetown Nurse Executive in Residence Honored with AONL Lifetime Achievement Award
Robyn Begley (N’77), a Georgetown University Berkley School of Nursing Nurse Executive in Residence, part of the post-master’s Executive Doctor of Nursing Practice in Health Systems Leadership and Policy program, will be honored with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership’s (AONL) Lifetime Achievement Award.

To help address the nation’s escalating mental health needs, the Berkley School of Nursing has launched a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certificate program. The inaugural cohort of established post-master’s nurses are learning the necessary competencies to provide mental health services directly to their patients in primary and urgent care settings to fill the critical gap for care in communities.

American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology Honors Carrie Bowman Dalley
The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA) selects Carrie Bowman Dalley, PhD, MS, CRNA, FAANA, program director of the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice Program at the Berkley School of Nursing, as its Didactic Instructor of the Year. She’ll receive the award during an AANA conference in February.
